This was supposed to be a gift for my Mothers Birthday which is today, not only is this a massive inconvenience but this is also very upsetting as I wanted my Mother to have something special on her Birthday. This is completely unacceptable and I will be demanding for a full refund ASAP so I can source a gift elsewhere. I just hope they actually respond to my messages before they get reported!!!
